At Pale Reach, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window We accept returns within 5 daysof the delivery date confirmed by the carrier. Requests submitted after 5 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted
Return Shipping The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
No Warranty All items are sold as-is. Pale Reach does not offer warranties on any products.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
